Main Hero Necromancy Book 
Based on the 1973 novel of the same name by John Bellairs, which was the first in a series of 12 books. The film follows a young boy, Lewis, who is sent to live with his uncle, Jonathan, in a creaky old house. He soon learns it was previously inhabited by an evil Warlock. From the 2018 film The House with a Clock in its Walls, this is the hero screen used Necromancy Book seen throughout the film. Jonathan Barnavelt kept his necromancy book in a locked cabinet to keep its evil powers away from the world until Lewis Barnavelt eventually discovers the book and uses it to bring Isaac Izard back to life. Lewis’ mother visits him in his dreams and he laments that Tarby does not see him as a friend. She suggests that he take the forbidden book and perform a spell to impress Tarby. On Halloween night, Lewis performs a necromancy spell in a cemetery, accidentally summoning the ghost of Isaac who re-inhabits his dead body. This particular book is the one seen that has a controllable hand on the cover, can be opened, and has multiple pages with illustrations seen on screen.
